I am currently suffering with a herniated L5/S1 disc and I am curious about how your surgery turned out. I had a disc fusion in the L4/L5 8 years ago and I will never do that again. It seems like a discectomy is a much less invasive procedure than a fusion so I am looking into this as an option for when I can’t bear the pain any longer.

I hope you are doing great and I’ll be checking back to read your updates.
